I'd like to order a piece that is listed but I would like a different size and colour. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Drop me an email with the specifics and I'll see what I can do. However, please note that the finished product will not be exactly the same as the ones pictured on bykych.com.

I used to order custom pieces from you that aren't lettering or music-inspired abstracts. Do you still take custom orders other than these two options?

Yes, I do! Just send me an email at contact@bykych.com with what you'd like done and we can sort something out.

My order was damaged on its way. Will I be able to get a refund or a new piece?

I try my best to pack the pieces as best as I can to protect them from the normal mailing process. However, if it doesn't make it to you in good order, please send me a picture of the damaged piece and we'll take it from there. However, I won't be able to issue a refund as each piece is created to order.

Your feedback will help me improve on my packaging and get pieces to you better.

I received an email that my item has been shipped but it's been a few days and I haven't received it yet.

I send all my works with tracking. Please send me an email if you've been waiting longer than the times listed below:

- Within Singapore: Between 1-2 days.

- Outside of Singapore: Up to 2 weeks.                                                       (Tracking until it leaves Singapore. Tracking afterwards is subject to the destination post's availability.)
